we are looking into traveling back to seattle from vancouver via amtrak. on amtrak's website there are two train stations listed in seattle. which one is the right one - seattle or seattle-ferry pier 69? any suggestions? would it be better to fly back to DC from Vancouver? Report as inappropriate |

There's only one train that runs between Vancouver and Seattle which is the "Cascade" on the Amtrak website. The others are buses. Report as inappropriate | ||||||

Pier 69 is listed as thats the boat to Victoria. Some people make connections from Amtrak to Vancouver Island. Click on my name and read inside page on trips to Vanc and Victoria. I think you will save significantly on airfare from Seattle. Report as inappropriate | ||||||
