In cancun and cabo there are services you can contact to arrange transporation from the airport to your location. Anyone have this information for ixtapa

If you book your hotel with most tour companies, the transportation is included...did you go that?? If not just take a taxi...buy your ticket from the transportation booth and a cabbie will take you to his awaiting cab. DO NOT stop and talk to anyone who promises you a free ride to anywhere...there is no free LUNCH and there is NO free cab ride...they will take you to a timeshare presentation and you will never find your hotel!!!! They are very agressive when they haven't been fed in awhile...

Airport cab is 320 pesos to Zone One Ixtapa hotels per cab. The Collectivo Van (up to 8) is 115 pesos per person & may take a bit longer depending on stops.
