there is heaps to do in a day, water activities, walk around the marina, adventure tours of sorts... how active are you?

If you decide to take a tour out of the immediate Cabo area, you would be best to book them from the cruise ship. That way you will get off the ship early and get to the shuttle or transfer bus to your destination. The ship will also know that they need to be sure you've made it back before they set sail once again.

There's plenty to do in Cabo itself tho. Once you get to the marina, you can catch a water taxi to take a tour around the Arch and the beaches, then get dropped off at Medano Beach for water activities during the day (caboticket can set you up for that) or just sit at one of the restaurants under the umbrellas and eat and drink until time to head back. You can also just wander around the marina and stop and shop/eat/drink at your leisure. Plenty of places on the marina or 1-2 blocks up the streets for shopping and local dining experiences.

You have already recieved my basic advice, so I'll just add, take a look at the ship's excursions to see what they offer that sounds interesting, and also www.loscabosguide.com for ideas. Things right in "town" can be easily done on your own, and will depend on what you enjoy! Welcome to CABO!

Visit Medano Beach for some drinks or lunch.

Visit the Marina for some shopping.

Hop on a water taxi and go see Lover's beach and the arch from up close.
