I havent used them for Tulum but used them for a trip with Mexican friends to Campeche--never again. We arrived with reservations for 1 room at a full hotel but had booked and paid for 3 rooms. Finally, after threatening Bestday with a complaint with Profeco, we got a refund.

The situation posted above might have been a problem with Best Day or with the hotel...this is a company that has been in operation for years and is generally trustworthy.

We have Best Day booked for our transfers to and from the airport to our hotel in Puerto Morelos coming up in August. I would think that if sites like Expedia use them as their default transportation provider, they would have to be at least decent.

That being said, I haven't used them before and while I have heard mixed reviews, I'm sure it's the luck of the draw.

Good luck, whether you decide to book with them or not!
