hello,

anybody can recommend me a reliable not too expensive private transfer from Cancun airport to Tulum hotel Parayso? Our flight arrives at 10.00 pm, also, do the taxis charge extra for night service?

Thanks,

Ana

We use Entertainment Plus (entertainment-plus.net) and have had very good service with them. If you go to their website you will find out the costs for the transfer. There is no extra charge for the night service. Have a great trip and don't forget to notify your resort of the late arrival.

I've been to Tulum only once but there are couple of things I can definitely recommend, one of them is company tucankin that provides very good transportation from the airport: www.tucankin.com, also very recommendable is hotel Ocho where we stayed,

Ana, thanks for your tip, worked out just perfect for us, the service of Tucan Kin is just as what I thought when I saw their website: neat and professional

Thanks

Robin

The best price I was able to get is through Alltournative Tours. I have not used them yet but they seem to get good reviews.

I stayed at Dreams Tulum a few weeks ago and used Entertainment Plus as suggested above. It was a great service! You pay in cash when you arrive at you resort, the driver waits outside of the airport with a sign with your name and takes you straight to your resort. They picked us up on our departure day right on time (which was 4 am!). I highly recommend their service. The prices are extremely reasonable especially given that this is a personal service with no other stops along the way unless you ask.

Hi everyone,

I just need to add the Cancunvans.com had the best prices when I sat down and compared them all. I have used them at least 12 times now and they are always so proffessional, and pleasant.

My mother arrived by herself in the middle of the night to join us and there is no one else I would have trusted excect Paty (the owner) and one of our favorite drivers Jose.

They are always willing to make a quick rest stop to pick up an apple and drink so that we never arrive at our resort severly hungry - one of the main reasons people start their vacations off on the wrong foot!

If you do use them - and you clearly see that their prices are lower than other websites please don't forget to tip the drivers. They are a small company fighting the good fight!
