we too are booked with Sunwing for September. I was wondering the same thing about the "block" of rooms.

Yes very indeterested as my travel agent could not specify.

We flew with Sunwing out of Montreal in May. They advertise an exclusive block of rooms on the Sunset side. I have heard that they are in the first or second building closest to the lobby. We were lucky to get upgraded to a deluxe jr suite. We were located on the Riviera side on the 3rd floor (room 6251).

Our transfer from the airport to the Princess had once stop before ours. The first stop was to the Valentin. Maybe your bus transfer will be direct. It all depends on how many people from your plane are booked at the Princess.

Our flight from Montreal to Cancun was about 4 1/2 hours. From Edmonton would be 5-6 hours.

Since it was the middle of the night (2am), the ride was quite quick. There was absolutely no traffic. Including the 1 stop it took about 40 minutes.

I was hoping the same thing Belle104. Would rather a central location ....not near the lobby.

Have you looked at Google Earth lately? You can see where the Princess on there now...pretty neat.
