Any advise on the best and cheapest way to get 3 adults and 4 children with accompanying luggage to our hotel at the top of the hotel zone?Thanks.

If you didn't go through a travel agent, you can use Cancun Valet. They have vans that will take you to your hotel. With that many people, that's probably best. I think they have a website.
