Keep in mind Christmas has minimum stays, and is the expensive time to go.

There is only a few hotel on Grace bay (Sibonne, Turks & Caicos CLub) and two all inclusive (CLub Med and Beaches). All other complexes are condos. For a two or three bedroom you will have a kitchen.

Let me give you my favorites:

Family: The Sands, central and quite affordable

Family: The Palms, central and more upscale than The Sands (and more expensive)

Couples/Adults with some kids Resort with restaurant: Grace Bay Club

Couple no restaurant: Villa Renaissance (Italian style) or Le Vele (Miami Modern)

Couple Upscale: The Somerset.

There is obviously alot more as you stated, but this is a good place to start. They all have kitchen . They go from least to most expensive.

I respectfully disagree about The pricing there Provoman. The Palms is much more expensive then The Villa Renaissance.

We just spent a week at the Sands and would recommend it! Great location on Grace Bay, very affordable and you have the convenience of one of the best and most affordable restaurants, Hemingway's, on site. We had a 2 bdrm/2 bath condo with sofabed which was roomy enough for 5 people. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, etc. and with washer/dryer.
