There are so many places that meet your needs that I suggest you go to www.enchanted-isle.com and peruse the villas for rent page and pick from the 2 bedroom apartments and houses . We can give you some guidance after you narrow it down

I would also recommend submitting an inquiry through isla-vieques.com. You can send one inquiry to many properties and then narrow your choice from those that respond. It's a lot easier (IMO) than looking at each property individually to contact.

Three places we've heard about (and I think they're all entirely different) are Flamboyan, Casa Ladera, and Tradewinds. Any feedback on any of those?

Our family stayed at Casa Ladera last January- check out our review & photos in TripAdvisor. It was perfect for us. You can also rent a 4 wheeler from the owners, which you will need to get to the beaches...have fun !

Tradewinds and Flamboyan will rent you rooms, so not really what you said you wanted. Casa Ladera is very nice, and has three 2 bedroom apartments and a great swimming pool plus its a very short walk to the nicest beach that has any accommodations nearby.
