Just wanted to say that my husband & I have travelled every summer for the last 20 years & we have never met as many helpful, kind and interesting people as we did in Vieques during our time there around July 4th. Both native and ex-pats were wonderful, and as beautiful as the island is, and as incredible as the bio-bay experience was, the people will always stick with me as some of the finest I have ever met.

I wanted to share that before the memories fade, as they are wont to do.
