I finally got some info from AF re: flights Vieques/Culebra. I have been told these are on demand and we should go to the airport the day we need the flight and was assured we would be able to catch a flight. A minimum of 4 at $25 a person. I guess I will just have to trust AF on this. I am going to be going to Culebra this Saturday and will be flying AF from Culebra to Vieques on July 26.

This is pretty much the info I have. I would still suggest you go a few days before and try and confirm, may not do anything, but the airport is close to everything anyway and it can't hurt.
