I called and I wasnt able to change the reservation to king. Who else had this problem? They said we will pretty much find out if we can have a King when we get there at check in.

I also called for an upgrade to oceanview and i was still told that if I had oceanview that I wouldnt get what I want until we check in...

We booked through orbitz.

Is there something we can do to up our chances to getting upgraded or at least have a king. I called the hotel twice but i was transferred to reservations both times; and im still at square one. Help anyone?
