How difficult is it to find parking here on Sundays? This will be the 3rd Sunday of April, and I've read they hold a monthly festival of sorts on the Plaza Delicias every third Sunday. Would it be a worthwhile visit for a few hours, even if we didn't go into the city's center or would the traffic/ parking etc just be too much? Same question as to leaving Ponce and heading up to Ruta Lechonera for dinner.
