I am going to PR in August with my girlfriends. We want to do one of the "adventure" tours that includes rappelling, hiking, etc. Does anyone have any experience with the companies that run these tours? I have been looking at a few different ones but am not sure which one to go with.

My vote is for Aventura Tierra Adentro. Great staff that really make the day fun! Reserve early as they only do Canyoning on Saturday and Caving on Sunday and they do fill up fast.

Aventuras Tierra adentro is the right choice. They are experienced and very concerned about safety.
