Have you stayed at Ocean Point? When? How would you rate it on a scale of 1-10? Thanks!

Yes, we have stayed. The condo is fairly new. It is located on a third floor, completely furnished. It has 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a balcony and a penthouse terrace. The apt has all anemities, pots, pans, dish and silverware. Plenty of towels, blankets. A childs high chair and a play-yard and cable TV. On the web-site www.owaovacation.com are pictures of the Villas and the condo. There is a driving map of how to get to the condo. If you do not feel comfortable driving for the first time to the condo, you can call their management team and they will make arrangments and meet you at the rental car place in the airport. They will guide you to the condo. Show you a place or two to shop for groceries on your way to Ocean Point. This is courtesy of the owners. The website also includes places to visit around the island and restaurants.

If you contact the owners they will provide you with all the details regarding the condo and their rental contract. From a scale from 1-10 (if 10 is a 5 star hotel) then the place is a 9. We had a blast and their staff was very polite and helpful.

We stayed there too for 2 weeks in July with our nearly 4 year old and 9 month old baby. The apartment worked great - 3 pools and right on the beach - only 120 paces from bottom of stairwell! Its in Loiza off 187, about 3 miles from Rte 3 between San Juan and Luquillo. You will need a car because there's not much to walk to in Loiza.

Owners are very pleasant and speedy to deal with - made sure there was a highchair and packn'play crib. Also basketball, sand toys and a little chils sized beach chair!
