Did boats go out snorkeling or just cruising somewhere every day?

Did you need to sign up in advance for either?

Were watersports generally available, with instruction (hobie cats, sunfish, etc)?

Snorkeling is quite easy there. You just walk up to the watersports bldg.. which is next to the beach and they will give you snorkels, etc... we never had to wait. You also can get a kayak there, wind-surf board, hobie-cat, etc... we even did water-skiing - but we did sign up for that a day in advance.

If you give a few hours notice, they will take you farther out to snorkel, where you can see more fish.

The beach is great.. tons of loungers, shade if you want it, etc.

By the way.. it is also the perfect place to learn to play tennis.. or get better. The two pros there are great and will teach anything you want,, and you can do it everyday day.. no need to sign up, just show up..

We did not go to Flavours - sorry. We only went to the disco two times... once during the toga party and once during the pajama party. It was ok - we lucked out, as they let us hook our IPOD to the sound system and play some of the music we like. Guess we asked them nice enough.

Our room did have an item in it, it also had a blow-dryer and a coffee pot. The rooms are not bad, and they give you an ample amount of towels, etc. everyday. If you leave your clothes out on your bed, the housekeeping crew even folds them for you..

Hi! I just booked my wedding at BRB for early next May. Did you happen to see any weddings going on? The beach wedding chapel? Was it as cute/nice as it looks in the picture?? Good to hear from you... kind of sad to be away from the place - but that much more excited for the next trip...

Did you guys have as much fun as us. We were lucky with the weather.. wonder how the weather has been for others since we left...

Got kind of wild at the Pool Bar sometimes, but it brings smile when we think of it...

Ps... for the person that asked about weddings... there were quite a few while there and they seemed to be nice. The best excursing we liked for larger groups were the river tubing thing and also the Dunns River.. both were great

Donna, yes, we had as much fun as you guys did. We loved the "wild" times in the pool and all of the other games with "Crazy Chris". Marshall, you don't really have a beer belly - I just didn't have much to choose from!

We have told all of our friends and family about how much fun we had and now they all want to go with us the next time we go! and we definitely will plan another trip to BRB. We met so many nice people there and had so much fun!

Did your kids have fun? I think the boys did, but I'm not sure about your daughter. I didn't see her around as much as I did the guys.

i was at brb in may 08 ...actually was part of a wedding to people we didnt really even know...the wedding was quite nice short and sweet i thought..you will get some very lovely pictures on the beach

just make sure your wedding dress isnt too heavy or anything...its steamy down there....our brides poor hair was just drooping with steam.......BE SURE TO BOOK YOUR HORSE AND BUGGY RIDE FOR MAYBE A WHILE AFTER THE WEDDING ITS A NICE LITTLE TOUCH...

the wedding cake looks pretty but BE WARNED ITS NOT ALL THAT GOOD...TASTES KINDA LIKE A SPONGE CAKE OR SOMETHING.....but they ahve a nice gazebo thing set up with lovely table setting and everything...

BRING YOUR OWN MUSIC IF YOU WANT IT PLAYED AT THE CEREMONY they will bring a boom box to play any cds that you want....

there are some more perks for married people that i forgot about.....tshirts...just married.....and then we had booked dinner at munasan and they wrote the married couples name in oil on the grill..that was quite cute...
