Is lobster served at the RIU Ocho Rios?

We were at the Riu last week and they served lobster one night, I think it was Friday. They cooked it outside St. Anne's in garlic sauce, it was really good.

Why book AI when your meals are limited, to what they want to feed you. It is also seldom authentic Jamaican food. Find a resort that's reasonable and go out for your meals and choose your own menu. In Negril you will find some of the best Lobster dinners.

We've had lobster at Marco Polo at SDR. It was great. Also, contrary to popular belief on this board I have had some great food at AIs. We avoid the buffets, though.

We were at SGOR 7/14-21. We never had a lobster. I looked for a whole lobster or a lobster tail. I never saw it on any menu.

Lobster medallions were offered at two property restaurants. My wife ordered and enjoyed.

I think Empress' point is that an AI may or may not offer lobster at any given time, they don't HAVE to and as it is somewhat expensive many do not.

Standalone restaurants, however, have an incentive to serve it to you as you are paying for lobster specifically.
