Is there really any way this would be open in May? Has this project beein going on for a while or something?

We walked to Dunns River falls when we were there last week. Noticed that they were building a road up the hill to somewhere on the south side of the highway. They had just finished a retaining wall at the base of the road - and the road was still very rudimentary - ie. carved in dirt basically. Guess that doesn't necessarily mean that the attraction at the top of this road isn't close to being finished... but if I was a betting person... I would say no.

A toast to my good friend Mike Drakulich for pulling this one off despite years of frustration and disappointment. That this project came to fruition - and in such a good, ecologically sound way - is a testament to the perseverance amd commitment of the conceptualizers.

I'll be at the Starfish in mid-July, so hopefully it is open by then. If so, I will definately check it out.

We stopped right under what I think is part of the zip line today? If so, wow... a lot of money is being spent. Just outside of Ocho Rios on the West side of town & just below the entrance to Dunns River... I can tell that they are definately gonna give Chukka Cove a run for their money for business from all the cruise ship tourists...
