Does it have to be in Kingston? The Admiral Inn at Port Royal is actually a guest house. Some rooms have 2 single beds, others a double bed. ‘Fridge, microwave, a/c and en suite are all included for J$2500 per room per night; situated close to the beach, handy for Gloria's larger resaurant, away from the harbour.

The 98 bus links Port Royal to Kingston, via the airport; a scenic route with sea at one side of the road and Kingston/mountains on the other. Stayed there this year and we were very happy; friendly live on site family own and run the place.
