If anybody can help me it will be greatly appreciated, planning on visiting Cayo Levantado in January and i have a few questioins that i hopee someone will be able to help me out with

1)i plan on booking a junior suite, is 24hr room service included, and if so is there an extra charge, and what does room service include?

2) how much does it cost to have a bottle of rum or vodka delivered to my room?

3) is there a 24hr bar on site, and if not what time does the bars close at, what is the latest that i can get an alcoholic drink until?

4) are the a la carte restaurants all you can eat as well?

5) if i book a junior suite, but i want to upgrade upon my arrival to a suite that has the jucuzzis on the veranda (im guessing its called a villa suite) how much will that cost? and are the villas the only ones with the jacuzzi's outside on the veranda?

6)do you sell cigarettes at the hotel, and are they overally expensive?

7)how do i go about booking day tours, and if my day tour comes back late, and the shuttle boat from the mainland to the island is not operating, how do i get back on the the island??

8) is there a duty free at the samara airport where i can grab a bottle of liquor upon my arrival on my way to the hotel?

if anybody can answer these questions it will be greatly appreciated, as this is my first time ever going anywhere on a vacation and i have alot to learn ;)

It your life but why buy a bottle since your package includes all drink?

With my experience at Gran Bahia Principe, you won't be able to leave the bar or have a bottle delivered to your room. They will serve you a drink at the bar but not give you a bottle so you can go with it.

In Riviera Maya all drinks where in plastic glasses and it's for a security matter. No one will get cut because someone broke a glass or a bottle in the beach. So I really don't think you'll get a bottle given to you.

A la carte restaurant are not all you can eat. The buffet are excellent and all you can eat but a la carte are more refine food and not the same way.

Some of your question could be asked directly be emailing the hotel. If Roberto doesn't come here, you will not get an answer.

Have a nice vacation my friens

I am leaving in two weeks for this property so I can keep these questions in mind and let you know when I come back...However, I believe the 24 hr room service is for the entire property, on one review for people who just returned it said that only one a la carte was open per night. An ala carte restaurant offers you more of a fine dining restaurant with a menu...you would order off of the menu. Duty Free I believe if they even have one will only be open to you on your return trip.
