Was the Samana Peninsula and Bahia Principe Cayo Levantado affected by the tropical storm? I heard that Santo Domingo was affected? I was planning to go in September and is wondering whether to cancel.

No, Cayo Levantado wasnt. The storm knocked over a few tree shade things but they were repairing them the next day. The day after the storm it was difficult to tell there had actually been a storm.
