Ive stayed in Room 302 twice when I visited in Sept 07 and June 08 so imagine it's the room above?

I can give you details if you are interested.

Regards

Kate

Friends of our are there at the mo, we go next week. Room 402 is double balconied and has a 180 degree sea view. Thats the one to upgrade to apparently.

All good reports coming back for our pals, so cant wait.

When we stayed in Room 302, its not only double balconied but has a sitting room as well as the bedroom and an outdoor jaccuzzi too. It was almost too big to really appreciate. It had 2 tvs (who needs 2 on holiday???).

Was lucky enough to stay in Room 302 twice - once for my birthday in early October and then again in June for my husband's birthday.

What an experience!

Katie - how do you go about asking for Room 302 or 402 ?

Were going next thursday with First Choice. Ive already sent an email to the resort but not had a reply, and First Choice seem only to be able/willing to send a request for an upgrade.

What email address are you using?

We emailed a week before (any earlier and they do not tend to action) and ended up with Room 302 each time (not that we knew which room until we were "checked in" before boarding the bus!

Kate, I guess you enjoyed yourself. We are due to go on 2nd Oct. Did you notice many changes from when we were there last September.

Regards

Paul

Paul

Its still as lovely as ever.

There were more Spanish there in June and the hotel was full. Lots of French and Italian visitors too.

The Animation team have completely changed. Julio who we spoke to a lot last year was the only one remaining that we recognised and then he left whilst we were there.

Did not go off the island this time either!

Don't think I will go back again though.

My husband and I stayed in room 402 in June this year and the room was great! No Jacuzzi as in 302, but the views are amazing, you get sun on the each balcony at different times of the day which is great if you need to stay out of the midday sun like me!

The room is in the main building, at the top on the corner, the best room in the hotel if you ask me, there is a living room with TV, separate dressing room, Bathroom and WC with a view! Bedroom, and 2 balconies. Couldn’t believe the view every day I opened the curtains. (Great to watch the storms from too!)

Hope you have a great time, I wish I could go back!

Hello everyone!

I hope I can help to clarify all your doubts about the Hotel, perhaps somebody will remember me:

My Name is Roberto Avila Pool and Im the Subdirector from the Cayo Levantado.

Regarding your request for rooms 302 or 402 those are our presidential Suites and yes they are more less double size than any other room, with a great view!

For Mrs Roye was i gift the first time and second as she was returning with us, we really apreciatte your trust in us as repetitive guest.

You can not book directly this kind of room as there is not available, but you can write to us and if we have the room available you can get it( there is an extra fee) as rigth now we do have waiting list for those, but if you are lucky and we are full upon your arrival you can get it for free too!

But at any time we will be do our best to fullfill you request.

If anyone need extra information please do not hesitate in ask as much you want!
