The pools don't close however the pool bars shut around 5 to 5:30 pm. At the central pool the bar attendant has to rush off to catch the boat to the mainland so he dissapears at around 5:15. I'm not so sure about the beach pool bar but I'm sure its similar timings as the staff that don't stay overnight have to catch the boat back to the mainland. Two of the a la carte restaurants are either side of the beach pool restaurant and we said it was a shame that the bar there didn't stay open so that you could have a pre dinner or apres dinner drink. Especially as you could sit and look out at the ocean.

The only place to get a drink after 5:30 is the lobby bar or main terrace.

and how late is this lobby bar open until, thanks, and if you wanted to have a bottle of rum brought to your room, whats the cost of that?

Lobby Bar is open til about 11.30 PM. After that you can stroll down to the Public Beach though I'm pretty sure you will have to pay for your drinks there.

No idea on the price of a bottle of rum, shouldnt be very expensive though - they seem to have plenty of it !!!!

The bar next to the resturant with the pool table stays open a little later, and when we was there people were getting bottles of cava and not paying from there, but have no idea about rum, beach bar open till late and is all inc, well was in june/july ! and yes all bars by all pools shut really early 5 5.30 ish, which is a huge shame, but ha you still have your free bar back in your room so all is not lost !!
