i was there a few times in the past three years, im going back again at the end of april , but the cupon sysytem gives you three reservations ahead of time . On the same day you can usually check if there have been any cancelations and those are given to you without a cupon. we ate at the resturants every night and we had no problem... they have computers with internet in the lobby , its like 2 or 3 $ for an hour or so. no problem emailing back home and calling wasnt a problem either , they have little calling booths in the lobby as well, i dont remember the prices for those
