I understand that the current is 110V just like here but a plug adaptor is required. Where can I but one of these at home, Walmart, Canadian Tire? What do I ask for?

According to my previous posting regarding this same subject, you buy them in DR in the hotel gift shops, for 50 cents to $1 US. Now that's cheap! It seems that the hotels where they are needed in, have them available in their own gift shops. I will wait to buy one until I get there.
