You definitely cannot walk from Dreams to Jellyfish - you can either take a taxi or a 'water' taxi - I think the restaurant offers this service-not positive about that but someone will confirm this for you on the forum. The restaurant is on the other end of the beach from Dreams, next door to IFA Resort (just found that tidbit out recently).

I just found out that our hotel has been changed to the Iberostar Bavaro. Any idea how close it is to this resort?

We too will be staying at the IIB.

I was told it is not in walking distance to Jellyfish - but we can take a taxi or a water taxi there.
