Woohoo, so pleased you got them eventually! It's not nice feeling messed around when you're preparing for a nice relaxing holiday.

Only 16 more sleeps left for me! I'm going to put together a list this weekend and dust the suitcases off, have already started hoarding suncreams, toiletries, mossie spray and new clothes in the spare bedroom ready to go in, eek so excited!

thanks lindsr already done that. Passport and tickets and money are always top of list ,as I got to Manchester airport one without 2 of them, when we were going to Egypt 2 years ago. I have never lived this one down and check and doublecheck, get hubby to check, get kids to check and the taxi driver when he picks us up.

We live about 2 hours away from the airport so it was a nightmare and luckily some very good friends got them to us with only 2 mins to spare before the check in closed!

Hi bg. Yes musn't forget the snorkel . I have now put that with my other holiday gear after the diving experience in the bath. Can't wait to try the real thing !! Hopefully the sea won't be frothy like my bath was!

I keep looking at the tickets and re reading them , touching them , stroking them .Ah............. how sad can you get??? I lead a sheltered life!

Well I've waited long enough for them I am making the most of it . Actually it gets worse now I know I am definately going I shall be re running the video of our hotel on the Thomsons website over and over everyday now til we go. I should know it like the back of my hand by the time we go,so long as its not dark as I won't be able to see it will I??(the back of my hand) I mean.

Just hope theres some more mad people about when we get there or do you think they will all be normal??

mol, i'm just so glad you got them. please be careful when you go in the ocean with that snorkel, the water will be way more wavy than the bath!. i , too am so sad not to be going when you are as it has been real fun with you on here. i know what you mean about checking the web site every day and looking at the tickets. this will be me in sept, when it will be my time to go. i will miss you when you go. bg

really glad to hear you finally have tickets it does get nerve racking waiting!! After your snorkel adventure in the tub i sure hope you remember not to swallow any ocean water remember you breathe OUT not IN under water. the salt water doesn't taste very nice (i know from experience, cough spit and sputter) so keep your snorkel above water and have a great time. Keep in mind that there are no BATH BUBBLES in the ocean just the waves and possibly an undertow so be careful but enjoy.KEEP YOUR SNORKEL UP !!!!
