Not sure how this is possible considering that the Sunscape website itself indicates that the Beach is opening in December 2004.

Well the lady from Sunscape resorts told me she was there last week so maybe it is just travel agents/brokers or something.

i also heard that the resort was open to public but for less $$$$$

Are any of these 11 customer reviews posted?? What is the web address if they're available??

Going to Sunscape The Beach on 1/8 so I have time but am curious to see what is up & running at this point & what's not.

93% sounds pretty good to me. whats worrying me though is that the hotel wont be ready for our arrival. I dont doubt that it will be an incredible resort when the construction is done, but i would really like for it to be done before i go. i know thats the general feeling among many. We leave the 18th!

Has your travel agent been able to get any specific reviews regarding the resort, anything that could help upcoming travellers?

I Called Sun Holidays, www.sunholidays.ca and the agent Sam ext. 270 made the claim about the 11 reviews and that it was open to European's. Whether he was b.s 'ing me or not I couldnt tell you. I will call tomorrow and speak to a different agent and see what they say.

Re: the new Sunscape. My understanding is that Apple Vacations owns a chunk of AM Resorts, which owns Secrets, Sunscape and Dreams resorts. As a lot of Americans book with Apple it should not be difficult to get proper info from the "horses mouth". Give it a try.
