I'm a local resident in Waikiki. I've always been treated extrememly well at the Ocean House. The food, service, and ambiance are all absolutely wonderful. I think, as a courtesty, if you can, do take the time to make a reservation. If you cannot, they will do their very best to accommodate you. more

The location and the view is perfect but the food is not evenn close. The prime steak tastes like something you would get from Sizzler's or Denny's. We went on a weeknight with no reservation. There was a 1/2 hr. wait and we grabbed a drink at the shorebird next door. The food was the best we had on our trip.
