we may be Mexican food snobs because we are from San Diego, but we would bet the food from one of our worst taco shops against the food we just had at Ed's and it would win hands down. I love seeing the same faces every summer that I visit Estes Park. The food is always great & consistent! Great place for your family or for a drink in the bar. Amazing margaritas...I tried the chipotle shrimp this year and it was my favorite so far! more
