Wow!! What a shocker. My family and I have returned to the U.S after living 6 years abroad. We have dined in many different restaurants in many different countries. Portsmouth is blessed with several five star restaurants in my opinion and this one is definitely at the top. I would say it is the fanciest restaurant in Portsmouth yet it stops just short of being pretentious. Reservations are recommended on the weekends.
