It's just plain loud inside at Lily's. Too loud. Reservations not accepted. Most of the workers are the types who proudly display their many piercings. They are very good at what they do. The food is fantastic. I especially like the Philly cheesesteak calzone. But---this is a pizza joint ---and should not be rated #1 of all restaurants in Raleigh. more
