Returning home December 30th from visiting relatives over Christmas, we decided to stop for lunch at this Jerry's Restaurant in Safford, Az.. Going in, we noted the outside had a lot of trash. Inside, it seemed even worse but decided to eat anyhow as we were hungry and there are not a lot of other "sit down" restaurants in Safford... more

On this particular day (Nov 18, 2006) at 6:30p the service I received included: 1) the wrong drink order. 2) had to wait 1 &one half hours for food order 3) during the wait for food, refill on my drink was more than 40 min 4) a portion of the food was cold 5) ordered an all you can eat... more
