Our family made reservations at this restaurant well in advance to entertain out-of-town guests for a birthday dinner, and were extremely disappointed. What they promised would be a prime table ended up being a table in a dank area by the bathroom; the service was EXTREMELY slow and surly; the food was at best mediocre. I ended up having to... more

A great long time LG establishment. So friendly... great for a private party in the back room, excellent brunch on the weekend. Good for dates, good for Thanksgiving, great to take the fam for special occasions... Great location, very clean! very consistent. more

Had an excellent dinner with both large sea food platter (fruits de mer) and ribeye. The service was extremely/surprisingly good with liberal pours for for wine flights. Great ambiance, good for romantic or professional. more

Yes, Clinton ate here back in 1993, soon after he took office. I like the food, pretty good service and laid back atmosphere. I have been dining here for nearly thirty years back when it was the Gazebo Restaurant. I don't like the new decor which is pretty minimalist and not as nice as it was when Clinton ate here.... more

We dined at the CALIFORNIA CAFE in Los Gatos (near South San Jose, CA) while visiting friends in the SF Bay area. The service was immaculate, as was the food, the menu, the wine. We felt like we were the only people in town! Apparently Clinton ate here when he was in town. Our friends who live there eat there... more
