Gaddi's is one of the best French restaurants in Asia and a must if you're looking for gourmet, Michelin-starred cuisine. The dining room is very luxurious and palatial, and the service is among the best I've ever experienced in a restaurant. Food and service are excellent. The Peninsula Hotel is one of the few top hotels (six stars) in Hong Kong. Extremely pricey. more

This season's black truffle is superb ! Very strong aroma. Gaddi's black truffle recipe is also very very good. Not to be missed before end of March ! Romantic singing at Sat evenings. more
