Rather more an Osteria than a true restaurant, this popular establishment closes around 8 p.m. so not a place for late night dining. The small kitchen produces a limited range of hot dishes but always a good selection of cichetti on the bar top and a glass display case filled with a range of tramezzini and panini with a variety... more

We've just returned from 4 nights in Venice and having ate at some very good, but expensive restaurants near San Marco Piazza, we decided to walk into the Sestiere of Dorsoduro to get away from the crowds.
