Not a 4 star hotel. Rooms are damp and need constant air con on to keep your clothes in the wardrobe in the bathrooms dryish! Staff are pro their own and customer service (bar pedro at the upper pool bar) is poor to the point of ignorant and this runs from reception to the sports/entertainment staff. First Choice advertise this resort as 4* Plus - by Venezuelan standards it may be what they describe, or what the hotel purports it to be on the front which is 5*. Great spot for families to vacation. They have wonderful activities for children. The staff here are all very friendly and helpful. This is an all in one hotel, there is no need to leave the hotel they have everything that a vacationer needs... I'll definitely reccommend here to anyone. more
