We stayed for a weekend in june. The garden is very nice and facing the lake. But the hotel itself is kind of shabby and you have the rails and road just outside the hotel, so be preprared for at lot of noice. We searched the internet to locate a hotel to stay in so we could travel to Switzerland on a day trip and still reach Florence by evening. The hotel was wonderful, with a gorgeous lake view.
