My husband and I stayed at the Prince for 9 nights during our honeymoon and have no complaints. We got a great deal on the Ala Moana suite (with rental car, $100 dining credit and daily breakfast buffet included) for $320/night. Upon arrival, a bellhop loaded our luggage onto a card without hesitation and the woman at the front desk... more

This was our first visit to Hawaii. This hotel is in a convenient area and walking distance to Ala Moana Shopping Center, Beach Park, beach, Starbucks, Subway, McDonalds, Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse, The Charthouse, and ABC convenience store. The rooms are clean and have a gorgeous view overlooking the harbor and ocean with large windows that open. The pool area... more

After traveling for years, we finally visited Hawaii with our first stop in Oahu. We couldn't have asked for a better beginning than we had at the Prince Hawaii. We joined the hotel's "club" before we booked (it's free) and because of that, we got a special rate. On top of that, when we arrived the end of September it... more

I had a short business trip to Honolulu in January and was able to turn it into a 5 day trip with my husband. The first trip to Hawaii for both of us. My office booked the hotel, but we were not disappointed. As advertised, every room has an ocean view, which was fabulous! The room was very spacious and... more

My husband and I stayed at the Hawaii Prince two separate stays in February; once before Maui on the 7th floor and once after Maui on the 20th floor, both in the Diamond Head Tower. As noted by others the hotel public areas and rooms are kept very clean. The hotel is a bit away from the heart of Waikiki,... more

One thing I like about this hotel is that it is close to the big mall- Ala Moana Shopping Center. It is very convenient and to good part is it is away from Waikiki Hotels (busy location), so no wacky and noisy tourists and locals at night. The hotel and rooms are clean and the view is fantastic. We were... more

Nice hotel, but service was horrible. Had the same incident many times while trying to get my room keys reset, the desk personnel were on the phone and I was just standing there waiting. Also, I wanted some shakes (protein shakes) made and asked if there was a blender in the house that could be used for it. The desk... more

This is one of the best hotels we have experienced! Very clean, friendly, quiet, with exceptional breakfast and dinner buffets...It is close to the Ala Moana shopping center and within walking distance to Waikiki - which I'll skip from now on. This was our 14th trip to the Islands, but we had not been back to Waikiki for 12 years.... more

This is a out of the choatic Waikiki beach area hotel (but within walking distance) that is super clean (white bedspreads that are laundered often and super clean shower glass for instance), doles out superb customer service and is very accomodating to your needs. If you are not happy with something, just ask! And the free infant stroller amenity was... more

This is our third time to Honolulu. We booked our rooms over the internet and they offered resonable rates. We enjoyed our stay in the Hawaii Prince and found the hotel offered great value with expectional services. We have a party of seven sharing 3 rooms staying over Christmas. The hotel placed us in three adjacent rooms and did their... more
