I booked the King Suite here and it was beyond dirty. The pot hole filled road should have been a clue that this was not such a great hotel. The inside was a mirror image of the outside, completely in ruins. The ceiling of my room was completely full of cobwebs. It looked like a brown furry blanket was tacked... more

My family and i stayed at this hotel and got treated like we were not human. One of the supervisors acused me of smoking in the bathroom and insisted it was me even thou she had no proof. I politely told her i had never smoked a cigarette in my life and am alergic to smoke smell. She still insisted... more

This is a very tired location and it appears that there is little concern to improve things. We will NOT return under any circumstances. Business must be decent even though the place is well below average. Multi-story building with no elevators. Toilet leaked. Regular noise of some machine all night. Clock radio alarm went off in the middle of the... more

Hmmm... where should I begin. We found this hotel through Hotwire.com and paid $70. The second we walked thru the front door, we knew it was going to be a poor experience. We waited nearly 10 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk to check us in. No one was around. Barely any parking spots. Snow fell nearly... more

Staying at this hotel does offer EXCELLENT location to the Buffalo airport. This is a great LOCATION to book a Park N Fly rate if you are looking for a bed to sleep in. Paying around $100 per night is about par for this hotel. The room is worth $60 and parking is worth $40 per week. If you are... more

The room we were given had clearly had not been cleaned. There were half drank bottles of water on the bedside tables & on the desk. There was used toothpaste all over the sink, counter & tap. There was a used bar of soap on the counter and hair of some kind in the sink. We did not check in... more

Charged 119.00, way over priced for what we got, would never go back. Unbelievable considering what others paid. Passing through Buffalo, did not have chance to check reviews before staying, bad mistake. more

Room clean. Easy check in but required that I submit my license plate number before accepting my registration. Extremely busy football weekend. BUF 6:30am flight spent 50 minutes in security unbelievable. more

This is a fine hotel for one or two nights. Don't expect any fancy furnishings or amenities...just enough of the basics to make the stay worth the money. Convenient location to the airport (literally right across the street) but a little far off the interstate. Pool was nice and warm, so the kids enjoyed it. Beds were comfortable and everything... more

A good entry in the budget category sporting clean and comfortably sized rooms. Ours had slightly smaller than standard sized double beds with flat, rather than fitted, sheets that tended annoyingly to pull away during sleep. Still, the beds were comfortable. The under-the-window climate-control unit had its own thermostat and kept the room comfortable without any fuss. The bathroom tiles... more
