We have stayed at the Silver Cloud - Lake Union a few times the last couple times and have had a great experience each time. The staff is always very professional and courteous. The Silver Cloud Inn on Lake Union meets all expectations--excellent staff, nice breakfast, clean rooms, great shuttle service, secure parking, close to great restaurants/bars/busline, etc. A great place to stay.
