I was in Baltimore for a 1-day conference in May. I booked the flight and hotel through Expedia and paid the entire amount up front. I stayed at the Baltimore Radisson Plaza for the night and found them to be a little confused and unprofessional, but generally I don't make a big deal out of these things so the stay... more

Staff is terrible- unwilling to help, For some reason we could not check in before 3pm. All the desk clerks I ran into had lots of bad attitude. Rooms were old and falling apart. The wallpaper was falling off the walls and the paint was chipping. The size of the room as decent for downtown hotel. The beds were very... more

Three co-workers and I stayed at this hotel for one night in July of 2008. Thank goodness it wasn't for more. We definitely would have changed hotels if we had to stay another night. Some of the issues we had were: - Dirty, unlaundered sheets! - Terribly kept hallways - the carpet was extremely dirty and stained. Even the walls... more

I stayed at the Lord Baltimore July 13-18 for a class I was taking held in the hotel. The location of the hotel is right downtown and the area is pretty sketchy. It kind of reminded me of DC. Check-in was quick and I was pleased that I was put on the Executive Level (On floors 17+ there is continental... more

I booked 2 rooms for July 19th and 20th on Hotwire for 94 bucks plus fees, therefore I wasn't expecting much. We got there around 4 and the lobby was nice enough, check in was simple except the fact that my two rooms were on different floors and they couldn't put us on the same floor. The rooms seemed ok... more

While at this hotel I observed a mouse run across the floor. When I reported it to the front desk the clerk verified that they were aware of their rodent problem. Also this was a old hotel in need of a major uplift. Would definitely not recommend this hotel. more

This place is in HORRIBLE condition. My room had loose wall outlets, an a/c unit that was coming out of the wall, a bare thermostat, a register vent someone had rigged with a piece of cardboard to keep from rattling, wallpaper stained with God knows what, closet doors that were off the rollers, a desk that had chunks knocked out... more

Stayed at the Rdisson on a short business trip for 3 nights. Room was very clean and had the sleep-number beds, im not the bigeest fan of these as the choice seems to be hard to extra hard. Internet connection was good although a little slow and in room facilliries were ok. Breakfast buffet was very good. Reading some the... more

After a transatlantic flight of 8.5 hours, 1 hour in cue for immigration and 2 hours driving from Dulles to Baltimore during rush hour I was longing for a shower. When I arrived at the front desk of the hotel nobody seemed very interested to help me. They were all busy doing????? At last a silent person not welcoming me... more

I stayed at the Radisson in May 2008. My boyfriend and I were traveling to Baltimore to see The Color Purple. We got a decent room rate which included breakfast the next morning. The hotel staff were nice and the hotel itself has a charming feel to it, however, I was suprised by the size of our room. To be... more
