This was a perfect choice for a family trip to Philly. Big suite, with a separate (with a door) bedroom, fold out sofa bed, and kitchenette. Breakfast, which wasn't bad, was included in the room price. The location, directly across the street from city hall, was an ideal starting point for checking out most of Center City's attractions. My only... more

Great location, nice room, typical Residence Inn layout. We stayed in a corner room on the 18th floor ... we had 5 windows! Comfy beds, flat screen TV, nice bath products, relaxing rain-like shower head. Excellent buffet breakfast. Helpful front desk staff ... especially Heather. It was an easy shortcut to cut thru City Hall to/from hotel. Nice central location.... more

Great location; right across the street from city hall. If you can get a government or AAA rate, the price is good, too. Breakfast is included, and you can even eat supper for free, at their "evening snack bar". (Though it isn't really...um...good.) Rooms are bigger than you'd think for a downtown hotel. I'd go back. more

I have to say, when I first opened the door I was a little disappointed with the size of the room. Typical RI with a kitchen, living room, etc.. however the best part was when I laid down in bed. It was the most comfortable bed and bedding that I have experienced in quite awhile, even better than a WESTIN! more

We planned a last minute trip to Philly for the weekend, traveling w/3 small children. We booked the room via marriott website and got an amazing rate of $116 per night for a small suite -living room w/decent kitchen, desk and a double pull out couch-bedroom had a comfy king size bed, desk and closet area w/sink and separate bathroom... more

Stayed for 3 nights whilst attending a conference in the nearby 'full service' Marriott. Selected the hotel because the rate was the best out of the 'full service' Marriott and the Marriott Courtyard. All these 3 hotels are in basically adjacent to each other. Its a standard Residence Inn so rooms have kitchenettes, etc. My room was large (especially for... more

We stayed here mid January for a conference at the nearby convention center. First what was great about this place... Food - They have an good free breakfast buffet each morning that rotates some of the hot food items so you do not get bored with the same choices. Their evening snack, if you happen to be here Mon-Thurs, was... more

This hotel is conveniently located downtown in Center City. You have access to the subway right across the street, you are a few blocks from the Reading Terminal -- the great marketplace where you can find whatever your taste buds desire and just steps away from great shopping. I love the kitchen that is fully stocked with plates, utensils and... more

My wife and I stayed at the Residence Inn Center City in November over a weekend when we visited the Renoir exhibit at the Museum of Art. The first thing that hits you at this hotel is the security. You need to use your room key to operate the elevator, that is, to get to any floor. I assume that... more

We stayed for 3 nights in early October. The room was not as large as other RIs, but still large. I chose Residence Inn's for the space, and we had plenty of space. Sitting area with coach, easy chair, coffee table, wide screen tv, small 2 person dining table. Mid size kitchen which we don’t use. The bathroom was very... more
