We booked on Hotwire for the Westin and could not have been more pleased with the hotel!! We saved about $70.00 from the hotel website price. We had a King room with a pretty good view. Quite simply, the beds, the gym, and the location make this Westin a reasonable choice when visiting Philly. However, the bathroom was tiny - poor water pressure and noisy plumbing, and the staff was surly and sparse. Perfectly above adequate hotel. Better for a business traveler than a weekender, as there are few frills. more

One of my bottom 5 hotel experience: the toilet cover wasn’t wiped clean, shower was lukewarm, service was slow. Even though I’m a fairly loyal Starwood customer, will try Four Seasons or Sofitel next time in Philly. more

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. I am a HHonors Gold member and this hotel made me reconsider switching to Starwood. Such a nice experience. The heavenly bed, the flat screen TV and the shower were all good. I would change absolutely nothing. more
