I had stayed at the FSP before and had a positive experience so I went back with my wife and three kids for a special occasion. We stayed in an executive suite, plenty of room for all with a door between the two sleeping areas. The room was dated but clean and well kept. Also, quiet which I really appreciate.... more
As with other Four Seasons' properties this is a premium quality hotel. The decor in the public rooms and guest quarters is subdued and elegant. Stayed in an executive suite which was large and comfortable. The bathroom, however, was somewhat on the small side and not particularly attractive. Service in the hotel is first rate. Only ate breakfast meals at... more
I stayed at the Four Seasons Philly for 4 days in September. The best thing about it is its location. It's close to the major office buildings and looks out over Logan Circle. But that's where the luxury stops. The bathroom was a letdown: there was no division between the sink area and the rest of the room. It felt... more
Angry, frustrated and felt that the service and attitude was inconsistent with their price point. This property is niot indicative of the chain. Service and attitude of employees was consistent with a Motel 8. Started with an incorrect bill for dinner the first night in the hotel and ended with an demand from "Amy" to vacate by 1:00 PM or... more
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway for our 1st wedding anniversary. We absolutely loved it! The service at this hotel was honestly exceptional. Every single one of our needs was attended to. The only negative thing I found about the hotel was the "spa pool". We had massages booked for 5 pm and figured... more

We had booked our double room at another hotel from May '07 but we were informed that the room we booked was unavailable when we checked in. Our Organization called the Four Seasons and they got us a room... more
Hi! I recently stayed at the FS Philadelphia last night & my overall experience of the hotel was very nice. Elisa, the Front desk agent, checked me into the moderate room at $290 per night that I had requested. Being that this was my 1st time staying at the hotel, I thought they may upgrade me to a better room... more
Just stayed at Four Seasons Philly and had a great experience. My husband and I went with our infant and three year old. The hotel is very kid friendly. We were thinking of staying at the Rittenhouse because the location is better, but really I think now that the location of the Four Seasons was better for us. It's located... more
i am a big fan of four seasons hotels. they are expensive, but nevertheless represent excellent value for money as the accommodations and outstanding service set the standard for international hotel chains. the service at this location was great - child slippers arrived promptly when requested, milk and cookies at bedtime were a treat for my husband and i as... more
