The bathroom was dirty, the toilet, shower curtain floor and sink. The room looked like it hadn't been vaccumed. I only paid $45 and was only there one night and actually aside from sleeping, only in the room for a couple hours. Can't imagine if I had paid full price or was staying longer. more

When we checked in the woman at the front desk could barely announciate her words to be heard clearly. It was as though she was being bothered by us checking in. We asked questions ans she was rude in that she treated us as if we had three heads. Not until someone from the staff said something to her did... more

I have a family member who is in Hahnemann Hospital and I needed to stay in the city so I can be with them. The hotel was in walking distance to the hospital and many restaurants in the area. The room was very clean and the beds were somewhat comfortable. The hotel seemed to have alot going on - ie... more

This Sheraton is adequate but nothing special. The Good: - Nice size room - Comfortable bed - Great location - Wonderful view - Many hotel amenities including a nicely maintained gym with a raquet-ball court. The Bad: - Old televisions in rooms - Buffet breakfast ($17) is okay, but nothing special - Room service meal was reasonable (Salmon), but spoiled... more

We were in town for a convention and when we are within driving distance, we take our dog. The Sheraton had it all-its a great location, walking distance to the convention center, the market, and all of the museums, and the rooms are beautiful, as is the hotel, itself. The staff is friendly and eager to please, especially the concierge.... more

Stayed here over Martin Luther King weekend for volleyball tournament at Temple and Drexel. Stay was Fri, Sat and Sun nights on a cold, windy weekend in Philly. Pros: Hotel was nice, check-in was reasonable. One small issue with missing one of the rooms we requested, but this was corrected. Stayed in a King bed room on 20th floor, nice... more

Hotels of this type are now so uniform that it's easy to forget where you are staying. No effort has been made to make the Sheraton in Philadelphia distinctive from the thousands like it. Everything is bland and predictable - the rooms, the room service, check-in and check-out facilities etc. But nothing is really wrong and there was very little... more

I've traveled a LOT and have stayed in several Sheraton hotels both stateside and in Latin America. This is the worst Sheraton I have ever had to stay. One, the design is downright BAD--dark and gloomy. Two, the maid service really is a shame. The toilet was dirty and had stains from previous use (I could be more graphic, but... more

Great stay at the Sheraton City Center. The hotel was sold out for the weekend for a volleyball tournament, so there were quite a bit of teenagers running around, but they were well behaved. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. The view of the city was awesome. As for the elevators, they are clean but a bit old. They... more

We were very pleased that our room was ready as per our special request upon our slightly early arrival. We also appreciated the courtesy of the staff and the large and attractive room with a lovely view of the Rodin Museum and the City Park. The food was excellent and very nicely presented. Our only difficult moment was with one... more
