I flew in from Florida to attend a performance by Johnny Contardo from the group Sha Na Na who was to be performing in the lounge. The manager of the lounge made the group all kinds of promises- they were going to put up a stage, they were going to decorate, advertise, two opening acts were suppose to perform, the... more

I stayed here for 3 nights beginning of March 2008. I was attending concerts & a sporting event at the Wachovia Center. This hotel is withing walking distance to the Wachovia complex, if the weather is cooperative! SO excellent location! a The room was clean, good sized bathroom... much to our surprise, our room had a mini fridge and microwave... more

I stayed at this hotel for the flower show in Philly since it offered an excellent price which included the tickets. The hotel was fine, rooms were clean, etc. but the service was absolutely horrible. They did not have the tickets for the flower show as promised and it was a great ordeal just to get this issue resolved. The... more

My mother and I stayed a total of approximately 14 nights between Jan 08 & Feb 08. My father was in the VA Hospital and we felt this was a safe and convenient place to stay. The nightmare starts with miscellaneous things not working heater- extremely loud- dirty bathtubs- terrible showerheads-corroded with hard water minerals. That was bearable, but the... more

We made our reservations on Hotwire and were assigned to this hotel. It was completely as expected for a Holiday Inn. It was clean and in good condition but lacked any style and was just a blah room/hotel. The great thing about this property is the complimentary airport shuttle. Though when I discovered there was a Marriott right at the... more

Stayed here for 2 nights for a hockey game at Wachovia. Overall I felt that it was very good for the price. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. There was a nice sports bar on the first floor and the food was good. The hotel is located next to the three sports stadiums, so if... more

My wife had an early plane the next morning, so we decided to spend the neight before in Philly. I decided to try Priceline, and booked this place for a net price of $81.78. The location all right, but we missed having a breakfast available. The showerhead was very strange. My wife is short, though not overly so. She could... more

I am originally from Philly and chose this hotel because it is close to family and friends. The room was nice except for the shower which had a filthy vent over it. Obviously, the hotel has been recently renovated but it appears they missed the shower. If you plan on being there during a sporting event or on the weekend,... more

We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Stadium many times and it is definetly our 1st choice for game days. We are sports fans and the location simply cannot be beat. If you want to catch a great Eagles or Flyers game, then this is your hotel. The tailgating is right there at you... you are almost in the parking... more
