Who hires the front desk staff? They were rude and unaccommodating. I waited 45 minutes to check in and a full hour to check out. There was no assistance provided for transportation. Minimalist shouldn't mean uncomfortable! The furnishings were spartan and cheap (fake wood grained furniture and plastic sheeting for lamp shades--not stylish, just cheap!). Our suitcases had to sit on the floor because there was only one luggage caddy and no other surface to use.
