Hotel is under renovation and it is an absolute mess. It's noisy and the whole place is boarded up with plywood. I was horrified by the sight of the place -- I've seen many hotel remodels, this is definitely the worst. The front desk staff is rude - wow, the service was bad. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, one lady... more

Having read and reread all the reviews for the hotels in this area, I really wanted to stay in the hilton having stayed there before. I left if too late to book and so the only one I could get was this one (within my price range). On arrival I got a fright as the lobby was all under construction... more

It is a Motel 6 in a good location. Wallpaper coming off the walls. Dirty carpet, dusty curtins. Spider webs, Motel 6 beds, nice view of a brick wall, dark and a manager on duty Shawn must have just started working in the hotel business a week ago. All this a a four star price. Yes Boston is a great... more

Was at a great location. Boston is such a nice city, hard to find a bad spot. Front Desk girl was nice and able to help us with directions and show tickets. Rooms were clean and had nice view of city. Beds were comfortable as well. Was a very good value. Looking forward to going back. more

Recently stay @ Millennium. Upon seeing our room, it was not what I had a reservation for, and the front desk was more than accommodating - even putting the 4 of us in a suite at no extra charge! Lana, the concierge, was fabulous! Very knowledgeable and her dinner suggestions were spot on! Having her services was a distinct advantage!... more

One has to take into account that Boston hotel rooms are typically smaller than most American hotel rooms. Pretend you're in Europe and you'll be fine. I was traveling solo so it wasn't too difficult. I stayed in room #536. My room was small but by far one of the most interesting I have stayed in--upon entering the room, there... more

We stayed here for two nights, and were delighted with the service and quality we received for the price. Check-in was swift and we were in our room in no time. The room itself was on the third floor just above the hotel's bistro area. We fell in love with the room, it felt a bit like a Swiss chalet,... more

My husband and I planned to stay at the Bostonian for 4 nights during Christmas. We booked this hotel based on their website photos and after reading some reviews. Most of the reviews were favorable so we went ahead and booked the hotel. Since we were flying into Boston during winter, I called ahead to the hotel and let them... more

My husband and I wanted to get away for a night to shake off cabin-fever. At the last minute, I cruised the web and found that the Millenium had a room that night for $130! The hotel is right across the street from Quincy Market/Fanueil Hall and just a short walk to the North End (Italian area). We could even... more

My wife and I stayed there on 12/29 - 12/31. The staff was excellent, the place clean, great location directly across from Faneuil Hall. Took the T into Haymarket station (just around the corner) rather than pay the $40 /night parking. Would stay again. more
