Located in the CBD with fabulous views of the city. We stayed in a bridge to bridge view room on the 44th room. A luxury room with a big bathroom. Couldn't have asked for anymore! The staff were helpful and polite. Great place to stay! more
We have frequently flown to San Francisco this last year on family business. Of four hotels that we have stayed in we now have a strong preference for the Mandarin. Views from this room... more

Our first contact with the Hotel was with Michael Dunlap the Concierge, who planned our stay and eating. We eat at two awesome restaurants, did a touristy... more
Everything about the Mandarin Oriental hotel is service, service, service. This is the way all guests should be treated! Everyone we came in contact with associated with this hotel were friendly and extremely pleasant. The rooms were fine - loved the beds and linens. We had perfect weather which really added to the spectacular views from our room. If you... more
I found myself in the financial district in San Francisco last weekend without a place to stay and was wandering near the Mandarin, so I stopped in to see what they had in terms of availability. In short, the entire experience was superb from the moment I approached the property to day I left. The doorman was courteous, the bellhop... more
